Ok..i will officially today try to avoid buying anything from giant esp the one near my house in Putra Height. There been so many incidents that i think, enough is enough..
I've experienced bad customer service or in detail, masa nak bayar boleh hentak2 barang yg aku nak beli sbb takdek tanda harga and the assistant kena carik harga..what the..kurang ajar..not to mention a few others yg kuasa nak citer nanti jadik panjang berjela..
3 atau empat kali detect salah scan dlm resit..dua kali tuh i mention it to the cashier..easily resolved..tapi the other 2 bila dah sampai umah baru perasan..bukan singgit dua..tapi kali nih sampai 6 ringgit!!!
suddenly again ada extra stuff in my resit..check2 takotla nama tuh jer yg weird tapi rupanya tak..tried to call enquiry...dr pagi sampai sekarang takdek org angkat...so how to resolve? benci...
so i dont want to go giant anymore..ur losing a customer today...
